For many developments a visual & character assessment is a prerequisite. Assessments define the impact of the development, highlight constraints and direct the design process.

Springfield House.

A proposal for a Manege in a rural area within the visual envelope of Butser Hill and the East Hampshire AONB. This involved a Landscape Assessment and planting proposals. The owners have already carried out screen planting which has now been augmented with further planting.

Fisherton de la Mere, Wylye, Wiltshire.

This development for a new grain store on the edge of Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire AONB required a detailed landscape assessment covering a wide area across the Wylye Valley.

Burton Park, West Sussex.

A detailed survey was undertaken of the gardens at Burton Park, resulting in recommendations for restoration and management of the gardens.
