This site is part of the Calmore Industrial Estate at Totton, near Southampton. Two units are contained here with access for large vehicles and separate staff and visitor parking. The location beside the Blackwater river is a sensitive site which called for native planting of local species. Oak, ash, hazel,hawthorn are among the trees and shrubs which now largely conceal the buildings.
